Hello! Let me introduce myself.

I am a Christian that is passionate about travelling this beautiful world of ours, while spreading the love of Jesus with whoever I meet. I have been traveling since my early twenties, ever since my husband and I met in our local pub in South Africa. He mentioned that he travelled around South Africa for work and he told me about all the amazing places he’d visited. On our holidays throughout the year he started taking me across South Africa and showing me all the places he had seen and we explored them all together. The travel bug well and truly bit us as we explored our home country, from the breath-taking views along the garden route coast all the way to the safari lodges of the Limpopo bushveld, with short weekend visits to the lush green mountains and trees of Mpumalanga scattered in between. When covid hit, we felt the need to expand our adventures outside the boarders of our beautiful South Africa as we watched travel YouTube videos of other adventure lovers from our small apartment during lockdown. That’s when our process of immigrating to the UK started. My husband got a job offer, I got a spouse visa and off we went, to start our new adventure. Five years later, we have travelled all across the UK, exploring castles and rugged landscapes in Wales, historic towns and cathedrals in England and majestic mountains and lochs in the Scottish Highlands. We’ve started to slowly expand our travel adventures into Europe, having already explored amazing places like Croatia, Ireland, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Türkiye and Greece. There’s still so many countries for us to explore and I can’t wait to share all our travel stories with you!
